Ready to call Countryside at Welleby your new home? Whether you’re buying or renting, our application process is straightforward and designed to ensure a smooth transition into our community. Below, you’ll find the necessary documents and guidelines to get started.

Application Process Overview:

  1. Review the Application Package: Understand the requirements and gather the necessary information. 

  2. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the form with accurate details. Incomplete applications will be returned, causing delays.

  3. Gather Required Documents: Along with the application form, ensure you have all the necessary documents, including a picture ID, social security card, and others as listed in the package.

  4. Pay the Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150 per applicant is required. Payment should be made to South Florida Property Management via money orders or cashier/certified checks.

  5. Submit Your Application: Return the original application package, completely filled out, to the address provided. Note that photocopies, scanned/emailed copies, or faxed copies are not accepted.

Important Information:

  • Processing Time: The application process takes up to 30 days from the date a complete application is received.
