Key Parking Rules:

  1. Valid Registration: All vehicles must be legally tagged with current DMV issued registration tags.
  2. Proper Parking: No backing into parking spaces; license plate must be displayed.
  3. Designated Spaces: Residents must not park in visitor spaces. Handicap decal must be displayed to park in handicap spaces.
  4. No Obstructions: Avoid parking in emergency or fire lanes, blocking sidewalks, on swales, grass, or roadways.
  5. Restrictions: No double parking, altered license plates/temp tags, parking in front of dumpsters, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs, ATVs, etc.
  6. Visitor Parking: Visitor spaces are reserved for visitors and must have a visitor hanging visor.
