Architectural Changes and Alterations

For residents planning any alterations or additions to their property within Countryside at Welleby, it is essential to follow our established guidelines to maintain the community’s aesthetic and structural integrity. Please review and complete the Architectural Form to obtain consent for any changes.

Key Points from the Architectural Form:

  1. Consent Requirement: All physical or structural changes to any residential unit, limited common elements, or common areas require prior written consent from the Association.
  2. Alteration Details: Residents must provide a brief description of the alteration, including pictures, brochures, or samples if possible.
  3. Contractor Information: Include the name and contact details of the company performing the alterations.
  4. Start Date: Specify the expected start date of the alteration work.
  5. Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all materials and work comply with local county product approvals and hire licensed and insured contractors.

To proceed with your planned alterations or additions, please download and complete the Architectural Form. This form is necessary to ensure compliance with our community standards.

Submission Instructions:

Once completed, return the original signed application for approval by the Association and South Florida Property Management. Please also provide a copy of the vendor’s insurance and license.
